We were first time home buyers, and I'm very glad we worked with Roger and his team. They were recommended to us and lived up to the glowing reviews we had heard. Roger was very helpful and patient, taking the time to learn what we were really looking for. Their entire team worked together seamlessly (mortgage broker, lawyer, admin) to make the entire process transparent and easy to navigate, and that took a lot of the stress and guesswork out of the process. And they did it all with style and a good sense of humor! I definitely recommend them!

I had an agent that, while doing a great job, didn't acquire the financial offers I was expecting/needing for my house. I share that to say that as great as my last agent was, Roger came to me with a new plan, kindly informing me where I was about to make another couple of mistakes. As the term with my agent was up, I proceeded with Roger, hoping that his strategy would indeed get me across the finish line with the score I was looking for.
With Roger, my house was staged and marketed exactly as I thought it could be from the start. In the end, the two top offers I received were for $100K more than the initial offers I received with my first agent. So, while you might believe that you already have a great agent you're considering working with, give Roger a call before committing. I think he'll blow you away with his enthusiasm, knowledge, creativity, and overall savvy. He's a down-to-earth gent who won't turn you off with a traditional "salesman" style. We made the BEST decision to work with Travassos Realty to sell our home and upsize to the next. They totally understood what our family wanted and wouldn't let us settle for anything less. Even as the market shifted, the team stayed calm and confident, grounded by experience and expertise. At the same time, it truly felt like friends taking care of friends, which really made all the difference for us. We're still amazed at the home we got and can't thank Roger and the Travassos team enough!
